Because we know that competences of our collaborators are important for the satisfaction of our customers, the company Américo Sousa & Filhos, Lda brings in collaboration with CINCORK, the formations necessary to the realization of the missions of our teams. Our collaborators are regularly trained with the various techniques of production and the step quality that we assert ourselves to satisfy our customers. Each year, we engage approximately 8% of our sales turnover in the training of our teams. Currently we undertook the implementation of step HACCP (Analysis of the dangers and control of the critical points) to include/understand and control the risks in our systems of production in order to provide a product of quality to improve. Naturally we prepare also certifications ISO 14001 and ISO 22000 which will come to validate our engagement for products of quality and the environment. This step of certification will come to confirm our strategy installation since several years.
